I've created a ZFS send stream file of the release repo as of the most
recent interim update, r151004f.  It is available from
http://omnios.omniti.com/media/pkg-repo-r151004f.zfs.bz2 and has the
following checksums:

md5 (pkg-repo-r151004f.zfs.bz2) = 5e8eec7e81e35b908f207f85a2d2c36d
sha1 (pkg-repo-r151004f.zfs.bz2) = fc0b3640bf904e727f7c5669caa89887bb31652a

You should be able to bunzip it and pipe it into a zfs receive on your
system.  The stream is from a version 28 zpool, so virtually any
illumos-based system should be able to receive it.
