[OmniOS-discuss] Updated release: r151004h

Just in time for Christmas, OmniOS weekly release r151004h updates the git
package with a full set of man pages.  Git's documentation is written in
AsciiDoc, which imposes a large set of dependencies, which in turn means
support overhead and system bloat, all for little additional benefit.  We
now build git man pages on a separate system and include them in the final
package.
