[OmniOS-discuss] Installer Crashes While 'Probing for Device Nodes'

I downloaded the stable release of OmniOS and tried to install on a
SuperMicro Superserver 6025w. I'm running an LSI Logic 9211-8i 6Gbps
HBA in Initiator Target mode with 2 SSD drives and 6 3TB Seagate
drives.

When the installer gets to "Probing for Device Nodes" it crashes and reboots.

I also tried the "bloody" release and it did the same thing.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or what I can do?
