[OmniOS-discuss] disk IO performance in a Linux KVM guest

Since I can't find a decent distributed file system which runs directly on
illumos, I am thinking about putting it inside a linux KVM guest.

>From what I can see glusterFS seems like the best choice.

Any thoughts on this approach?
