I think it is as easy as doing this:

pkgrecv -s http://pkg.omniti.com/omnios/release/ -d
http://yourserver:yourport/ 'pkg:/*'

If you are looking for something a bit more efficient than that, we
might be able to arrange for ZFS sends and incrementals.
