[OmniOS-discuss] OmniOS on Xeon ?

Tried to boot the CD on a Sun X2250 (Intel Xeon E5405), panicked when
detecting devices at boot time.

No surprises there --- the grub boot command has kernel ..../amd64/unix

It's easy to search the CD and find another kernel, but it's 32 bit and
there does not appear to be a boot_archive module for it.

So ... is OmniOS supposed to boot on Xeon ?
