The /usr/include/amd64/libxml2/... subtree is missing in the updated package.

pkg contents libxml2 | grep usr/include/amd64/libxml2 returns NOTHING
and there is no longer an /usr/include/amd64/libxml2 directory

but 
/usr/bin/amd64/xml2-config --cflags ==> -I/usr/include/amd64/libxml2

Which one is wrong: xml2-config or the package itself???
