The version of bloody currently linked on the website is actually
r151005 (it sucks, I know-- we were not good about updating that
through the last cycle).  You have to somehow get to a version of
r151007 so that you can install these packages (the 007 version of
ca-bundle depends on an nss version that's likely higher than what you
have, and the latest version of nss is signed).

You might need to upgrade to r151006 (using the release publisher's
URL temporarily) and then to r151007.  r151006 has unsigned versions
of package/pkg and web/ca-bundle that have the necessary bits to allow
moving to signed packages.  I've not actually tried this, but *in
theory* it should work.
