[OmniOS-discuss] strange io-pattern

Multitudes,

Tonight our omnios 1510006 server had a very strange io-pattern.

The attached charts show the output of iostat over time ...

the filesystem in question is a raidz2 on sas disks

the other filesystems did not show this pattern.

any ideas ?
