The Dell R720 doesn't use NetExtreme II NICs. They use the newer NetLink
NICs, for which even Broadcom remarks on their driver site:
"Note: Broadcom does not offer UnixWare, SCO and Solaris drivers for
NetLink Ethernet controllers."
