[OmniOS-discuss] Repeated disk offline messages in system log

[Schweiss, Chip]

I'm getting these messages constantly.   This disk died and was removed
from the system.

Dec 30 13:19:06 hcp-iops1 last message repeated 255 times
Dec 30 13:19:09 hcp-iops1 genunix: [ID 408114 kern.info]
/scsi_vhci/disk at g50025385a00ec254 (sd151) offline

How do I get this to stop?
