The GRUB menu.lst entry that I'm trying to use is:

I followed the instructions on http://omnios.omniti.com/wiki.php?PXEfromNonOmniOS and generated the stuff on a Sun Java Workstation running "OmniOS 5.11 omnios-df542ea 2013.02.08".
