Typically somebody asks, like you just did, how to update the wiki or
open a bug, and then somebody from omnios offers to make them an
account. Dunno how official that process is ;). It would be more end
user friendly to have a self-registration bugzilla/trouble ticket
system, but we're already getting a sweet OS for free, so can't complain
:)...
