Well, the last update didn't help either...
But after a bit of a look, I believe that there was an omission during
the perl 5.6.3 update concerning kstats.

doing the following seems to help for the time being:

> root at omni1:/usr/perl5/site_perl/5.16/i86pc-solaris-thread-multi-64int# cp -R ../../../5.16.1/lib/i86pc-solaris-thread-multi-64int/* .
> root at omni1:/usr/perl5/site_perl/5.16/i86pc-solaris-thread-multi-64int# cd
> root at omni1:~# svcadm clear svc:/system/intrd:default
> root at omni1:~# svcs svc:/system/intrd:default
> STATE STIME FMRI
> online 10:30:35 svc:/system/intrd:default
