Sorry about that.  Fixed. (Someone else had been doing those.)

The Perl update was done because (and I'm shocked we didn't discover this sooner), building all of illumos-omnios's r151010 branch ON r151010 would fail.  It had to do with very strange Perl interactions.  I chose to backport the perl updates from upstream (and tested in bloody) into r151010.  I wanted to build the world because the sockfs fix was in system/kernel, which is a lot of stuff.
