The trouble here is that r151008 does not include curl 7.36, but 151006
does (and you have that version installed, so pkg refuses to downgrade
it without you asking). I think this is a packaging bug in 151008. I
believe I worked around this by 'pkg update curl at 7.33' when I upgraded.
