This is probably due to omnios-userland not getting installed in the
non-global zone. I think that was fixed with a new r151006 'entire'
(which has a depend type=require on omnios-userland; earlier version did
not actually make sure omnios-userland is installed) sometime in
December, but you need to have that fix in your GZ because non-global
zones are always installed with the same exact version of entire as the
GZ. Or as a workaround, you can tell zoneadm to install the correct
version of omnios-userland as an extra package (-e was the command line
flag I think).
