[OmniOS-discuss] igb0 'hangs'

Hi Tobi,

I had a similar problem a while ago, when I was resetting the maxbw property without taking the interface down. The global zone could not communicate over that interface anymore, while the zones where all happy. Taking the interface down and up again solved my issue, too.
