You could try setting the mountpoint of tank/zones/zone1/ROOT/zbe-5
(assuming that was the last version use had mounted) to
/tank/zones/zone1/root.
zfs set mountpoint=/tank/zones/zone1/root tank/zones/zone1/ROOT/zbe-5
