[OmniOS-discuss] OmniOS Bloody November 6 update

Back on schedule.  This update mostly is on the illumos side.  In the interim, I updated wget to 1.16 due to a security issue, but that's most of what's changed on the userland side.

For this update, only the relevant packages are being updated, which will cut down on your update times.  New with this release (r151013-20141106):

- omnios-build master branch, revision 42045e1.

- illumos-omnios master branch, revision ed6ad0c.

- The Sun DHCP server no longer exists.  We've had ISC DHCP available since r151012 and it's preceding bloody, so please start using that if you haven't already.

- Various man page fixes.

- ZFS fixes
	- Offlined vdevs now stay offline after a reboot.

- The EOF of the htable and gettable commands.

- Removal of ntfsprogs and parted.

- A NASTY floating-point rounding bug caught and diagnosed by the OmniOS community's Richard PALO has now been fixed.  Thank you Richard!  And remember, YOUR feedback helps us fix stuff, sometimes really nasty stuff.

- A new test in usr/src/test to verify the aforementioned rounding bug.

- Libproc can now understand Linux core files.  This is useful for post-mortem ptools analysis, or mdb.

- Updates to the emlxs(7D) driver to support 16G Fiber Channel.

- Wide-character fixes, also by another OmniOS community member (Lauri "lotheac" Tirkkonen).

- xdr UID & GID cleanups.

There is also new install media, as well as a new kayak .zfs.bz2, in place.
