I'm surprised "delete status" isn't marked as supported, but I do seem to recall a recent push disabled UNMAP (delete status) by default. Let me look...
... Yeah... there's a global "zvol_unmap_enabled" now. It *should* be true by default, though. Which OmniOS revision are you on?
