It does, but it's a number instead.  1.0.1j == 1.0.1.10  (j is the 10th letter).  IPS doesn't let you use letters like that.

Also, you can always utter:

	openssl version

and see what it prints.

You are updated, from what you showed me in your pkg list output, though.
