There's a good chance the Sun DHCP server is disappearing upstream in illumos-gate very soon.  Are there any current OmniOS users who are still using the Sun DHCP server?  IF SO, please speak up now.  You have a dual-DHCP server release in r151012, and there's a chance Sun DHCP will disappear in the next stable, which is also the next LTS, r151014.
