Many thanks to all the people ...
It is working now, but there is one more tip to share, use an OLD
motherboard with good and old BIOS !
Do not try to flash this card in a recent UEFI motherboard or you will
get some more headaches ....
Thanks again .... my "home storage" are up and running, reports on
performance and functionality later ...
