[OmniOS-discuss] Bloody is now at r151015

I've reinstalled the bloody repo with new r151015 bits:

	http://pkg.omniti.com/omnios/bloody/

NOTE:  Bloody packages are still delivered unsigned, so if you update r151014 to bloody, YOU MUST RESET THE "omnios" PUBLISHER'S SIGNATURE POLICY!

I've created a new wiki page about it:

	https://src.omniti.com/omnios-private/wiki.php/Bloody

The starting date for this is 20150411, so look for that in your ISOs, USB, or Kayak images.  Visit the "Installation" wiki page to get easy download links.  The only changes from r151014 thus far are a few more merges with illumos-gate.
