[OmniOS-discuss] r151014 feedback

I'm going to start with replacing the SFP+ modules as soon as they 
arrive and go from there. There's a fair chance that might just take 
care of it. The odd thing is, though, that the ones that are in there 
were accepted previously. Head scratcher, I know.
