I thought you were having a problem in 014, and NOT having one in '013. I'm confused now.

If they are all indeed localized to ZFS (I'll need to check) it could happen sooner rather than later. I've uttered kernel updates for 006 in the past that weren't complete (not all modules updated) which caused more problems than it fixed. I need to be cautious with any backports (especially those which require reboots).
