[OmniOS-discuss] Who alters /etc/profile or /etc/.login on their boxes?

I made one small change:

                if [ -e /etc/motd.generated ]; then
                         /bin/cat -s /etc/motd-*
                 else
                         /bin/cat -s /etc/motd
                 fi


motd-00-header -> header unique per server
motd-01-info -> file generated every 10min with some basic info like 
disk usage for /export/home,...
motd-02-footer -> symlink to /etc/motd

Made no further changes.
