[OmniOS-discuss] New bloody update - now with vioif and vioif on installer media

Hello folks!

I've updated OmniOS bloody on the repo server, AND on the media side as well.

The big highlight for this update is the addition of vioif, a virtual network device, that enables OmniOS to be an OpenStack/Linux KVM guest. This should allow the installation of an OmniOS bloody ISO as an OpenStack guest. I'd appreciate any additional testing with this, though we have tried this on a customer OpenStack deployment.

omnios-build is at masterrevision b42fd1f for this update, and illumos-omnios is at master 3d8d739, so uname -v will show omnios-3d8d739.

Other changes besides vioif support since last time:

- To enable vioif, disabling directed EOIs (end of interrupts) on Linux KVM.

- zfs recv now prefetches indirect blocks.

- dmake is now part of illumos-omnios. Developers should also install the "sccs" and "developer/as" packages. (Actually in last repo update, but relevant for new CD/USB/Kayak installs).

- "ssh-keygen -A" is now the default usage for host installs. Thanks to Lauri "lotheac" Tirkkonen for this.

Happy updating!
Dan
