Hypervisor running on RHEL 7.1 kernel (3.10). Later or tomorrow I will
try a Hypervisor running on Ubuntu-14.04.2-LTS (server 3.19)

PS. any date for seeing virtio-blk or virtio-scsi in Omnios? Only being
able to use emulated IDE or SATA sort off reduces performance.
