[OmniOS-discuss] restarting ssh on omnios doesn't load new parameters

So I enabled root on SSH to do some work and then disabled root login with
PermitRootLogin no in my sshd_config and used the following:
svcadm restart network/ssh:default

Thing is root can still log in...is this a bug?
