I think a package bound for 014 got pushed to the wrong internal server. I think we're better now:

internal-server(/repo)[0]% pkgrepo list -s omnios-bloody | grep 151014
omnios entire 11-0.151014:20160810T183311Z
omnios incorporation/jeos/omnios-userland 11-0.151014:20160810T175738Z
omnios web/wget 1.18-0.151014:20160810T175414Z
internal-server(/repo)[0]% sudo pkgrepo remove -s omnios-bloody omnios-userland at 11-0.151014 wget at 1.18-0.151014 entire at 11-0.151014

internal-server(/repo)[0]% pkgrepo list -s omnios-bloody | grep 151014
internal-server(/repo)[1]% sudo pkgrepo refresh -s omnios-bloody
Initiating repository refresh.
internal-server(/repo)[0]%

Thanks for catching this!
Dan
