[OmniOS-discuss] Updates for Stable (r151016) and LTS (r151014)

Hello!

I've pushed out updates for both install media and on the IPS repos for Stable and LTS.  Two things:

* ZFS receive now can cope with refquota overages.  There's still an issue with creating a new-by-receiving filesystem with a full refquota, but it does not prevent the receive, just makes it noisier (and the new filesystem needs a refquota set).

* DTrace has been hardened against some unusual corner cases found during testing.

This update will require a reboot.
