[OmniOS-discuss] Update BIND to 9.10.3-P3?

There is a BIND update to address security issues, including some 
which impact client software and libraries.  Last time there was a 
BIND release, OmniOS was totally on top of it, releasing at about the 
time the announcements came out to the general public.

Will network/dns/bind be updated to be based on BIND 9.10.3-P3?
