[OmniOS-discuss] Full-kernel updates for r151014 and r151018

LTS and Stable users, please run "pkg update" for a full illumos update.  It will create a new BE, and require a reboot.

Both are receiving backports, and some critical kernel bugfixes.  Backports include support for NVME1.1 and the Kaby Lake I219 Gigabit ethernet driver.

The new uname -v for r151014 is omnios-cac2b76, and for r151018 is omnios-r151018-258cc99.
