Do you know exactly what you did to reproduce this panic?
After r151018 was released, there were at least FOUR changes near the code that's panicking on you:
6762 POSIX write should imply DELETE_CHILD on directories - and some additional considerations
6763 aclinherit=restricted masks inherited permissions by group perms (groupmask)
6764 zfs issues with inheritance flags during chmod(2) with aclmode=passthrough
6765 zfs_zaccess_delete() comments do not accurately reflect delete permissions for ACLs
Unfortunately, none of those bugs mention a kernel panic.
Are you willing to try OmniOS bloody (with DEBUG enabled) on a be on your system? Or at least are you willing to run a DEBUG kernel on your r151018 environment? Either one of these would be most helpful.
