Hi Lawrence,
You can see the version of ssh on my r151022 system:-
root at ml110:~# ssh -V
OpenSSH_7.4p1, OpenSSL 1.0.2k 26 Jan 2017
Older systems were using Sun_SSH something like ;-
rich: ssh -V
Sun_SSH_1.5, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x009080bf
