Hi, Sergey.
My be following information will be useful for you.
We use solaris as HA NAS in following configuration:

DATA_DISKS: HUC101818CS4204 / HUH728080AL5204
SLOG: PX04SHB020 / PX05SMB040 / HUSMH8020BSS204  (PX04SHB020 has best
performance

L2ARC: HUSMH8080BSS204 / PX05SMB080

Servers:
2 x Cisco UCS 240M4 ( 2 x E5-2697A, 768gb ram, 3 local hard disk for OS, 2
x UCSC-SAS9300-8E, 2 x Intel X520 Dual Port 10Gb SFP+ Adapter)

JBODS:
216BE2C-R741JBOD - for SFF disks
SC847E2C-R1K28JBOD - for LFF disks

We have two HA variant:
1) Solaris 11.3 + Solaris Cluster 4.3 (for VMware)
2) OmniOS + RSF-1  (as Cinder for Openstack)

If you need some additional info, I'll be glad to share any information
that I have.
