[OmniOS-discuss] Updated release r151004b and new unstable ISO

OmniOS weekly release r151004b is the first interim update for the
r151004 release.  It contains a fix for ipmitool when used with the
local device (bmc) interface, as well as updating pci.ids to the
latest snapshot.
