Oops, this was incomplete when I hit "send".  If you'd like an account
that lets you handle tickets and edit the wiki, let us know.  We'll
use your email address as the username and need an Apache-style
password hash, which you can generate with htpasswd or at sites like
http://aspirine.org/htpasswd_en.html
