[OmniOS-discuss] ZFS, BUG ??

I have a difficult problem to solve that has already dragged on for 
months, it all started when I was trying to replace a HD in "mirror-1", 
there were several problems with the HDD swapped, creating multiple 
records in ZFS POOL:

By the current state of POOL, everything is ok, I have two hard drives 
inside the MIRROR-1 synchronized, but the records of HDs are UNAVAIL and 
the health of my pool is only DEGRADED.
I've tried to import/export POOL, zpool clear and nothing.

Can anyone help me?
