Don't want to be too rude.. but read the error file. Don't paste it to the
list and ask someone else to. It says:
conftest.c:11:19: fatal error: stdio.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
configure:3202: $? = 1
You don't have stdio.h... you need to get it.
OmniOS is likely different from systems you have use previously. The best
way to learn is to putz around trying to solve these problems yourself. It
will give you a much better understanding of how the system is assembled
and how it works. To find which package provides stdio.h, start here:
