[OmniOS-discuss] Missing device but format shows it exists?

Howdy!
This seems wierd.... I am adding cache and log mirrors and
everything
works fine but then their is a missing device, but format shows the partition
is there. devfsadmn does not add the device file. d0s0 - d0s6 and d0s8-d015
are there but d0s7 is missing?
thoughts?
