Here is my short description about UEFI flashing. Please modify your 
version.

download 9211_8i_Package_P18_IR_IT_Firmware_BIOS_for_MSDOS_Windows

### The first link what I worked for me. The second is working with some 
Asus mb.
Format stick MBR and FAT, and there’s no need to make a bootable disk 
since we’ll be using EFI.
map ### Not need if you know it.
mount fs2 ### My stick name.
fs2:
ls
cd 9211 ### It was my directory name.
sa2flash.efi -o -e 6 ### Do not restart or switch it off after this step!!!
sa2flash.efi -o -f 2118it.bin -b mptsas2.rom
sa2flash.efi -listall ### For check.
sa2flash.efi -list ### For check.
