I’d like to see the shell style guide go entirely not just the html.

The docbook is hard to use, but more importantly the guide itself got little review, and I think it may refer to ksh93isms that I think we may wish to avoid in the future.  Shell style should only make use of POSIX shell compatible capabilities.

Its my hope someday to extract ksh93 from the gate in favor of a lighter weight alternative such as dash.  I have already done some work on this front, though its not ready for wider consumption yet.
