Thanks; I had actually finally gotten the same information out of Supermicro
a couple of weeks ago. I tried ordering one of these from CDW, they let me
put it in the shopping cart and pay for it, but after two weeks I still
hadn't actually gotten an activation key. Multiple voicemail messages and
emails to the account representative listed on the invoice yielded nothing,
I finally ended up canceling the order after two weeks.

Maybe it's just not meant for low volume customers 8-/...
