[OmniOS-discuss] kayak-kernel missing pxegrub?

Greetings,

I recently setup our first Kayak server here (on a system running
OmniOS-151010u), and can't get the PXE boot to work. The PXE client
starts the TFTP phase, but gives up immediately, unable to download
the file.

I followed these instructions to setup the Kayak server:

  http://omnios.omniti.com/wiki.php/Installation#Fromthenetwork

One thing I noticed is that there is no pxegrub file in /tftpboot/,
nor any menu.lst file. This page indicates that the kayak-kernel package
should contain both of those items as well as the miniroot:
  http://omnios.omniti.com/wiki.php/PXEfromNonOmniOS

However, "pkg contents kayak-kernel" does not list pxegrub, miniroot.gz,
nor menu.lst:

  # pkg contents kayak-kernel
  PATH
  tftpboot
  tftpboot/boot
  tftpboot/boot/grub
  tftpboot/boot/platform
  tftpboot/boot/platform/i86pc
  tftpboot/boot/platform/i86pc/kernel
  tftpboot/boot/platform/i86pc/kernel/amd64
  tftpboot/boot/platform/i86pc/kernel/amd64/unix
  tftpboot/kayak
  # pkg publisher
  PUBLISHER TYPE STATUS URI
  omnios origin online

  ms.omniti.com origin online

This system was originally installed with 151006, upgraded to 151008, and
then to 151010u. After all that was done, the Kayak packages were added.

Suggestions?

Thanks and regards,

Marion
