I will try to set locale so it will report:

LANG=
LC_CTYPE=
LC_NUMERIC=
LC_TIME=
LC_COLLATE=
LC_MONETARY=
LC_MESSAGES=
LC_ALL=

even if it will be difficult with my crazy vi editor...and tell you back.
