the PCI PID of the 10Gb PHY is 0x15ad

According to the PCI ID database, that is a X552/X557-AT 10GBASE-T (https://pci-ids.ucw.cz/read/PC/8086/15ad)

Some cursory googling seems to indicate that the existing ixgbe driver might need some X55x-specific MAC init routines.
