I have solved the issue with Arctic fans. It was as mentioned the yellow 
wire which is separated on arctic fans which I had forgotten to attached 
the extender connector.

Everything works now except for the 12 cm fans which seems to spin at a 
lower RPM than Supermicro accepts for FANA header (means alarm condition 
activated and all fans running at full speed) so cross connecting with a 
8 cm fan have solved the issue.

I will however install my new Noctua fans when I get them since I have 
already made the purchase and because the current fans is near end of 
life anyway.
